Concept project investigating idea of living on the water. The boathouse was designed for people who want change in their lifestyle. The floating structure can be easily moved form one place to another which gives great flexibilty of location and environment. Internal arrangement, materials and finishes can be customized depending on preferred inhabitants needs. The house is affordable and sustainable, angled roof is designed in a way to give solar panels optimize exposure during the whole day. Overhang protects from the sun and gives shade over the terrace. On both sides there are wooden sliding panles which can open or totally close the interior. All of the rooms and bathrooms have view on the water.
